Based on the X-Cite Ride shape with additional control and easy jibing, the Funride and Funseter are the ultimate easy going, free ride boards. Delivering on the name, there is not a board being made with control this easy and still offers the excitement of smooth speed - even in jibes. Even when overpowered, you will always be in control.

These fast carving boards offer stay on a plane through any jibe and are ideal for basic beginner jibes. Acceleration hits smooth and early, and when fully up to speed, are effortless to sail requiring almost no
input from the rider – they practically sail themselves.

SHAPE
Very forgiving due to their length, they deliver a rocker line specifically designed for a loose feel and very comfortable ride even in the choppiest conditions. A small wetted surface is incorporated for high speed which gives the Funster and Funride the performance and impression of riding a much smaller board.

The board planes easily, without an active sailing style. Furthermore, The Fun Rides can be used with a range
of different sized sails.

Multiple foot strap positions provide many trim options for pleasant and relaxed sailing suited for short board beginners as well as advanced riders.

We have provided a domed deck for a comfortable and relaxed stance and additional outboard strap positions and ergonomic rails easily maximize the transfer of sail power into speed.

A pintail and thin rails give great maneuverability allowing for easy turns and radius change during carving maneuvers at high speed.

Great family or beginner boards, advanced riders will also enjoy the speed and comfortable ergonomics. The Funsters combine the performance of a Free Rider with the easy handling of a beginner board.

All the Funsters have comfortable EVA decks and many foot strap plug options. This allows you to slowly move from a relaxed cruising setup, to getting out on the board’s rail in a blasting stance. They all come with indestructible, detachable glass fiber nose protectors.

The 205 and 180 are perfect beginner boards. After just a few hours on the water, everybody will be sailing back and forth, and quickly experience the thrill of reaching a plane

The 145 and 160 have a wide range of uses: From beginner boards for kids and light-weights to sporty cruisers for more advanced riders.

SHAPE DETAILS
- Short and wide from nose and tail with an even volume distribution makes them stable along the length and width axis giving the rider instant  confidence.
-The flat bottom curve gives a long water line for good non-planing speed and upwind performance.
